All items are custom made-to-order products. Non-defective custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
As a custom manufacturing business, all products are made specifically to each customer's specifications. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
No Returns Accepted For:

Change of mind after production has started

Incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer

Color variations due to monitor/screen display differences

Custom designs that have been approved by the customer
Quality Guarantee – We Stand Behind Our Work
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will remake and reship at our expense:

Visible defects in materials or workmanship

Damage during shipping (please provide photos within 7 days of delivery)

Product clearly inconsistent with the approved design proof
Order Cancellation
Cancellations made before production commencing can be accepted. Once production has started, cancellations will not be allowed, as all products are custom manufactured to your specifications.
Refund Policy

If a quality issue cannot be resolved by remaking, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the extent of the issue.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
