Inside Our Workshop: Why a Little Mess Means Real Craftsmanship
Most people imagine a factory floor that looks like a showroom—spotless floors, workers in crisp uniforms, everything perfectly aligned.
Ours doesn’t look like that. And that’s intentional.
Welcome to the Mengban Signage workshop in Xiamen, China. This is where your custom signs are actually made—not in a polished office, but among sparks, steel dust, and the hum of machines.
Real production is messy.
When we cut stainless steel, there’s dust. When we polish edges, there are tiny metal shavings. When we assemble 3D letters, there are wires, adhesives, and tools scattered around.
We could clean it up for photos. But we choose not to—because cleanliness doesn’t equal
, consistency does.
Every “messy” corner in our workshop represents one thing: we’re busy making things.
Photo 1: Cutting Station
Raw stainless steel sheets waiting to be transformed. Yes, there’s oil on the floor. That’s from the cutting machine doing its job.

Photo 2: Polishing Area
Our craftsmen spend hours sanding edges by hand. The dust you see? That’s the byproduct of patience.

Photo 3: Assembly Table
Wires, glue, and half-finished letters. Chaos to you, but a clear process to us.

Photo 4: Packaging Zone
Bubble wrap, cartons, and tape. Not Instagram-perfect, but your sign will arrive safe.
