All products are made-to-order (custom manufacturing). Shipping costs vary based on product dimensions, weight, packaging method, and destination country.

Shipping Process

  1. Design Confirmation:​ After you approve the final design proof, we will provide a precise freight quote within 12 hours.
  2. Production Time:​ 7–15 business days after design approval and deposit received.
  3. Shipping Methods:​ DHL, FedEx, UPS (express), or sea freight (economical for bulk orders).
  4. Delivery Time:​ 5–20 days depending on shipping method and destination.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are not included​ in product prices and will be quoted separately.
  • Import duties, customs clearance fees, and local delivery charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or force majeure events.
